1.0. Introduction. 

The e-destinACCESS, Inc., who has for the purposes of this program designed and brought together vendors and services for your purchase and enjoyment while in Arizona.

2.0. General Issues.

    2.1. These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to the booking of any e-DestinAccess, Inc. activities.;

    2.2. These Booking Terms & Conditions contain important information concerning participation by you and members of your party and, accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that you shall ensure that all members of your party are aware of and accept these Booking Terms and Conditions.;

    2.3. No variation to these Booking Terms & Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by e-DestinAccess, Inc.;

    2.4. Any typographical clerical or other error or omission in any booking confirmation or other documentation issued by e-DestinAccess, Inc. (including any electronic documentation) shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of e-DestinAccess, Inc.;

3.0. Booking Confirmation.

    3.1. No booking shall be deemed to have been confirmed unless paid for on https://*.nexgenmtgs.com / https://*.jaunt2.com / https://*.destinDIY.com or written confirmation received from e-DestinAccess, Inc. directly. You must advise e-DestinAccess, Inc. as soon as possible of any mistake in your e-DestinAccess, Inc. booking confirmation.;

    3.2. e-DestinAccess, Inc. shall use its reasonable endeavors to ensure that you and your party’s participation commences at the time booked and it shall be the responsibility of each client to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the Activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances.;

4.0. Safety.

    4.1. e-DestinAccess, Inc. contracts annually with vendors used in the performance of activities offered. Vendors have each represented that they shall take every reasonable effort to protect the safety of persons and property in the performance of the services. Vendors have each represented that they have taken reasonable precautionary steps to assure that their employees are adequately trained and equipment goes through routine regular maintenance in order to protect the safety and security of travel participants and their property.;

    4.2. e-DestinAccess, Inc. reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Activities or to remove a client from the Activities should staff deem it necessary to do so. This includes a client who does not comply with the safety rules and advice or who is deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.;

    4.3. All clients should be reasonably fit and healthy. Some Activities are physically demanding and require a degree of agility, strength and stamina. If clients have medical concerns they are advised to consult their doctor in advance of program and contact e-DestinAccess, Inc. to discuss how we can achieve maximum participation safely.

    4.4. All clients are required to act responsibly and courteously at all times and to respect other clients. e-DestinAccess, Inc. shall be entitled to prevent any person from undertaking or completing the Activities in the event it deems the behavior of any client unsuitable. No refund will be payable in such event.;

    4.5. Clients must be dressed appropriately and e-DestinAccess Inc. reserves the right to refuse admittance to any client who is not appropriately dressed.;

    4.6. No refunds or compensation will be payable by e-DestinAccess, Inc. in the event that any client is not permitted to, or decides not to, undertake or complete the Activities for the reasons set out in these clauses.;

5.0. Weather.

    5.1. The safety of participants is paramount in our decision making process for an event to operate. e-DestinAccess, Inc. and/or our supplier reserve the right to determine if the weather conditions are suitable for the activity to operate in a safe manner. In the event that e-DestinAccess, Inc. or the supplier determines that conditions make it unsafe to operate, we will first endeavor to rebook the event within the time span of your program. Should this not be possible, there will be no resulting charge. If e-DestinAccess, Inc. and/or the supplier determine that it is safe for event to operate and you choose not to participate and cancel, 100% cost will be incurred as detailed.;

6.0. Insurance.

    6.1. Vendors contracted in execution of activities are all confirmed to be registered and insured, as required by Arizona Law. It is agreed that any legal action resulting from vendor’s performance, will be directed to the ultimate vendor directly.;

7.0. Clothing.

    7.1. It shall be the responsibility of all clients to ensure that they are dressed appropriately.;

    7.2. e-DestinAccess, Inc. will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of clothing or other personal items of persons resulting from participation in the Activities.;

8.0. Cancellation / Activity Minimums.

    8.1. Activities:;

  • - All activities operate with a requirement that a minimum of people participate, detailed in each activities description on the website. In cases where activity minimum are not met, you will be contacted and either re-booked for a different activity (offered by client) or cancelled. 
  • - Activities may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations after that date, checking in after check in time or not showing up for activity will incur 100% cancellation charge. No changes or substitutions may be made.
  • 8.2. Transportation:;

  • - Transportation may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick up date. Cancellations after that time period or not showing up for activity will incur 100% cancellation charge. No changes or substitutions may be made.
  • 8.3. All cancellations are subject to a 5% administrative fee.;

9.0. Price and Payments.

    9.1. Subject to any terms agreed in writing between e-DestinAccess, Inc. and you, our charges shall be calculated at our current rates detailed on our website.;

    9.2. In order to confirm your activity or transportation choice, your credit card will be charged for the full amount (including tax) of your order on booking. Activities & Transportation may be cancelled, (subject to a 5% administration fee) up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations after that date, checking in after check in time or not showing up for activity will incur 100% cancellation charge. No changes or substitutions may be made.;

    9.3. Arizona Sales Tax: 8.05% sales tax will be added to all final charges. ;

    9.4. Gratuities: For your convenience, all required gratuities are included in packaged prices unless otherwise noted. Additional gratuities for exemplary performance are left to the “Client’s” discretion.;

    9.5. All transactions made in US Dollar – no refunds will be made for variances in currency value following cancellations.;

    9.6. Payments made by debit or credit card will be refunded to the same card.;

10.0. Liabilities.

    10.1. e-DestinAccess, Inc. shall not be responsible for the loss, or damage, of or to any property or to any person (up to and including death) arising from the booking of or participation in the Activities.;

    10.2. Except as otherwise provided in these Booking Terms & Conditions any liability of e-DestinAccess, Inc. shall be limited to the refund of any charges paid to e-DestinAccess, Inc.;

11.0. Indemnification.

    11.1. You shall indemnify and hold us our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives forever harmless from, and against, any and all personal injury, property damage, loss, liability or claim of liability, expenses, fines and penalties including reasonable legal fees caused by any wrongful or negligent act, error or omission by you, your guests, invitees, agents, delegates or representatives, except to the extent and percentage attributable to the hotel’s negligence.;

    11.2. We shall indemnify and hold you, your parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives forever harmless from and against, any and all personal injury, property damage, loss, liability or claim of liability, expenses, fines and penalties including reasonable legal fees caused by any wrongful or negligent act, error or omission by us, our agents, employees or representatives, except to the extent and percentage attributable to the Group’s or its guests’, invitees’, agents’, delegates’ or representatives negligence.;

12.0. Miscellaneous.

    12.1. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.;

    12.2. Nothing above shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any of these Booking Terms and Conditions.;

    12.3. These Booking Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Arizona.;

    12.4. Fuel Surcharges:  A fuel surcharge may apply based on current market conditions.;
